A client of ours is devoted to deliver exceptional customer service and IT support experience and is looking for potential candidates who are interested in providing excellent customer service and IT support. We are looking for talented individuals capable of managing customer services using the German and English languages. You need to have excellent communication skills and be able to interact in a positive and friendly manner with customers and colleagues alike.
You will be:
- Receiving inbound enquiries via email/chat & over the phone.
- Displaying a high level of understanding and knowledge of our client's environment.
- Provide excellent supports to customers in regards to IT issues.
- Handling customer enquiries with professionalism, following up any follow issues to ensure same day resolution.
- Identifying and escalating any customer complaints/issues in a timely and efficient manner.
You must have excellent IT or computing experience. A qualification or module in IT/Computing would be looked upon very favourably.
This is good if you have experience or knowledge in any of the following areas below:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred,or equivalent work experience.
• TCP/IP
• UNIX, Solaris, Windows XP/7
• At least one year experience in Storage
• Enterprise Backup Software (e.g. Symantec Backup Exec)
• Any other IT/computing experience or knowledge
This is a full time permanent position where you will be working 37.5 hours a week from Monday to Saturday. This company provides ongoing training and investments to all employees. The pay is from £14.00 - £12.00 per hours. This position will start as soon as possible.
