Our client is an international airline who is looking for German, Italian and Dutch speakers to start with them in their award winning customer service centre.
Job Responsibilities:
As a customer service/ sales advisor, you will be:
* Taking Inbound calls
* Dealing with customer enquires
* Up selling additional products
* Making changes to travel itinerary' s
Preferred Skills:
* Contact centre experience
* Native German speaker
* Customer service background ideally over the telephone or in a telephone based environment
* Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Personal Attributes:
* Customer Focused
* Ability to work as part of a team
* negotiation skills
* Strong relationship building skills
* Good listening skills
