Description: The role of the Business Development Representative for Named Accounts is to identify and generate a minimum of 20 sales opportunities in Enterprise Named Accounts per month and to support Named Account Managers and generate $1M of Revenue from leads generated per year.
Responsibilities
• Prospecting, lead generation and business development for 3 field based account executives to achieve annual $1M Revenue Target
• Collaborate with regional directors and account executives to win new opportunities and grow the business
• Track and managing prospects through Salesforce.com
• Meeting and exceed monthly quota of 20 New Opportunities per month. Build Rapport and identify goals and SMART objectives of clients, qualify timeframes, decision making process, and key needs
• Participate in team meetings, networking, tradeshow events, and activities to grow the business
• Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts in assigned territory
• Provide reports on all business development activities
• Execute creative lead generation telemarketing activities within the defined territory to increase awareness and interest in QlikView
• Ability to initiate the first phase of the sales cycle, create awareness, interest identify the goal that can lead to a successful sale
• Ability to speak with high level executives about QlikView business solutions
• Ability to overcome objections and effectively articulate a business message
Qualifications
• Business Fluent in English and language for respective country.
• Good phone based networking skills
• Strong hunting mindset
• Strong productivity ethic and goal orientation
• Solution oriented approach to selling and excellent listening skills
• Proven excellent communication skills including the ability to ask direct questions
• Strong business acumen across various industries.
• Able to gain rapport on the phone and quickly gain trust with the prospects as well as the Account Executives.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong personal leadership
• Eager to learn and continue learning. Able to share best practices
• Strong personal organizational skills and time management.
• Self driven and likes to share success with the field based Account Executives and Regional Directors
