We’re looking for French Speaking Rescue Advisors to join us on a 7 month fixed term contract.
As a Rescue Advisor you will be the first point of contact for members of our roadside assistance schemes from Green Flag and Direct Line, whose vehicles have broken down in France.
Using your excellent customer service and communication skills, you will find out where our customers are, what's happened to them and help to get them moving again as quickly as possible by speaking to our French garages and sending out a mechanic/recovery vehicle that has been allocated through the system.
