Pertemps is in search of applicants with native level fluency in German (both verbal and written) to join a market leader in the hospitality industry with an international presence and a portfolio of over 3,000 hotels.

The role will involve handling inbound reservations and general customer care enquiries. If successful, you will be required to work to a number of key performance targets relating to sales conversion of contacts and quality of customer service.
Requirements:
- Verbal AND written native-level fluency in BOTH English and German
- 100% commitment and flexibility to attend initial 5 week training process in Glasgow city centre
Qualities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Good keyboard skills
- Positive, engaging attitude
- Experience in customer service would be advantageous
