We are now looking for candidates to fill the positions in Procurement function of ExxonMobil's Business Support Centre.
Procurement professionals purchase goods and services, and manage warehouse inventories for various plants and business lines accross Europe.
As an Inventory Associate you will be responsible for:
- inventory management support to refining and production sites in Europe
- performing inventory analysis to optimize the inventory levels
- communication with internal clients and warehouse supervisors on restocking options
- reorder process, inventory accounting, KPI monitoring
- liaison with buyers and other procurement professionals
- maintainance of database of material specifications in SAP system
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
- university or college education (even fresh graduates)
- fluent knowledge of English and Dutch (both are a must)
- excellent communication skills, ethical behavior, disciplined process execution and analytical capability
- proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access)
- ability to solve complex problems, logical thinking and ability to work independently
- willingness to learn and develop
- first experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain optimization
- international experience (working, internships, work & travel, au-pair or study abroad) is welcome
Extensive training will be provided to all new employees.
