Customer Service Assistant

Essential Requirement: Fluency in written and verbal French, German or Spanish
An experienced customer service assistant is required to join the commercial team in this fast paced production environment. This is a contract position for 9-12 months.
Supporting the team Advisors and Manager you will be required to process customer orders, co-ordinate customer visits including arranging travel, respond to emails and carry out any other ad hoc administration tasks for the team. You will also be required to liaise with customers both internally and externally.
You will ideally have experience of supporting in a customer service environment, within manufacturing would be an advantage. You will need a good knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
