Our client is at the forefront of the global IT market, delivering vital technology for business and life. Their solutions span IT infrastructure, personal computing and access devices, global services and imaging and printing reach globally across consumers, enterprises and small & medium business. The Erskine Inside Sales Centre sells and supports theirs portfolio in the UK & Ireland through both directly to customers and through their extensive reseller channel. Inside Sales has a turnover in excess of $600m per annum. The Senior Sales Account Managers will have a shared responsibility for a portfolio of accounts where they are selling and capitalising to ensure all sales opportunities and that revenue is maximised through cross selling and up selling. They are required to ensure quota delivery by developing a plan in line with field sales.

Outbound telephone based role, working in a team environment with responsibility for an assigned account list.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for a defined portfolio of accounts within a fast moving and challenging business environment. High volume of cold calling to identify new business opportunities will be required. Develop relationships and an element of managing accounts in order to achieve Quota and capitalise on all business opportunities.
* Owned account portfolio, expected to lead in all areas
* Develop account plan within Vertical account Segment
* Develop & deliver strategy to achieve goals (increase revenue, market share, number of calls)
* Effective forecasting and accountability both to Teleweb & wider stakeholders
* Proactively informs the customer on new product & roadmaps, proposing upgrade & transition paths
* Understand the customer's key drivers from both a business & IT perspective & develop relevant solutions to meet these through the engagement with client's business units and recognized partners
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
* High level sales skills within a business to business sales remit.
* Business knowledge.
* Have a proven track record in working towards competitive targets.
* Have a strong focus on delivering a high level of service to the customer.
* Be exceptional in building customer relationships and engagement on all levels within business. Identifying new purchase points within an organisation.
* Willingness to learn about the Products
* IT technical knowledge is required although not required to be technical.
* Knowledge and experience of working within a structured sales cycle.
* Pre and post sales customer needs management experience - ability to escalate to appropriate sources to resolve queries or concerns of the customer.
* Experience of working with a Database system.
* Work well within a team.
* Articulate and confident communication style.
* Successful within sales roles in the past.
* Cold Calling experience
