We are currently seeking a fluent Dutch speaker on behalf of our client within the Insurance/Assurance field, in Bristol, to work temporarily for a three week period 19 March - 5 April 2012. There are flexible hours, either part time, 3.5 hours per day, or full time for three weeks.
Your main duties will be within the Customer Service Department. You will receive some training prior to being the contact for the Dutch customer base, handling claims, arranging for repair or replacement of items as necessary, answering calls and general office administration. You will also be dealing with UK calls when the Dutch desk is not so busy.
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and possess good knowledge and use of Word. This is a temporary position within a small and friendly team.
