Our client, one of the leading corporations across various industries in Korea, is looking for a Korean-speaking administrative assistant for its newly opened London office.
Job title: Administrative Assistant
Job type: Contract (6 months)
Location: near St.James’s Park, London, SW1
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 per annum

General Purpose
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for a small office to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
answer, screen and transfer phone calls
receive and direct visitors and clients
general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
resolve administrative problems and inquiries
deal with invoices/balance sheet
schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers
prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
maintain office supply inventories
coordinate maintenance of office equipment
coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
any other ad-hoc duties when required
Education and Experience
secretarial experience is an advantage
basic accounting knowledge
computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record
keeping
knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

fluency in Korean and English – written and verbal

attention to detail and accuracy
