Our client, one of the leading corporations across various industries in Korea, is looking for a Korean-speaking administrative assistant for its newly opened London office.

Job title: Administrative Assistant
Job type: Contract (6 months)
Location: near St.James’s Park, London, SW1
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 per annum
Benefits: Private Medical Insurance, Pension Plan


General Purpose
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for a small office to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
 answer, screen and transfer phone calls
 receive and direct visitors and clients
 general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
 maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
 resolve administrative problems and inquiries
 deal with invoices/balance sheet
 schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers
 prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
 record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
 open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
 maintain office supply inventories
 coordinate maintenance of office equipment
 coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
 any other ad-hoc duties when required


Education and Experience
 secretarial experience is an advantage
 basic accounting knowledge
 computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
 knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
 knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record
keeping
 knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
