The role: Head of Country Sales Operations Russia and Czech Republic
We are looking for a well-rounded candidate to lead our country operations management efforts in Russia by partnering very closely with the Country Director and sales Industry Leaders aiming at improving the lives of our local users, advertisers, partners and Googlers. As the Head of Country Sales Operations for Russia and and Czech Republic, you will develop and execute on the strategy and operations management for the countries, act as a consultant to the business leaders on ways to improve efficiency of sales processes, unlock growth opportunities and expand Google?s reach. Building bridges between teams/functions is at the core of success in this role. You will live within the sales operations team, but partnering effectively with Sales, Product, Marketing and others to bring these teams together in solving big problems and fomenting innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:

* Work with Country and Industry Leaders to proactively identify and resolve issues impacting revenue, develop strategic initiatives and track impact of team's work where appropriate.
* Help identify, structure and lead operational improvement initiatives that can be scaled beyond the country remit.
* Build relationships with senior members of Google Salesforce, Analysts, Product, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
* Ensure high degree of rigor and quality in all initiatives and that best-of-breed processes are adopted by Sales teams.
* Share best practices with other global business units.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA.
* Consulting (strategy/operations) experience.
* Sales operations related experience.
* Knowledge and experience of the business environment in Russia and Czech Republic.
* Media, Tech or fast-growing industry background.
* Strong process orientation as well as business acumen and communication skills.
