Role:
Trilingual French & German PA / Sales Administrator
The trilingual French & German PA / Sales Administrator will provide efficient, effective administrative and secretarial support to the Regional Team. The Trilingual French & German PA / Sales Administrator is cross trained in Sales, Customer Service & Credit, enabling them to offer front line support to the outside sales reps. They will also provide effective administration of sales programmes and undertake PA duties such as Diary management - arranging, confirming and cancelling meetings and appointments as required.

Profile:
- Fluency in French, German and English is essential for this role
- Solid secretarial/administrative/PA experience
- Well organised, positive, friendly, flexible and responsible attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - must listen well and be able to adapt communication style to audience
- Typing skills of 40wpm+
- Team player with calm and professional approach
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proven influencing and problem solving skills
- Team player with calm and professional approach
- Working knowledge of sport retail, SAP and Outlook
- A great interest in outdoor Sports is preferred!
