Job Description
Verizon Business is looking for five Customer Account Managers to be based out of their Reading office. This role is a Telephone Account Manager position and is a mixture of customer retention and account management. We require motivated, customer focussed individuals with strong communication skills. We are seeking bilingual candidates who must have business level English, as well as either German, French, Dutch or Italian.
Confident working under pressure, the role requires management of the commercial relationships of approx 100 small to medium size customers, cross selling/upselling and providing service management.
The Customer Account Manager will require high attention to detail, alongside a clear sense of ownership and excellent organisational skills.
We are seeking Account Managers that are not only support focused but also have an eye for the 'bigger' opportunity.
Desired Skills & Experience
Ideally a graduate
Business level English as well business level local language according to the country being hired for.
Previous experience in sales, account management or customer services in a Telecoms, IT or B2B environment.
Proven ability to understand complex issues and systems
Desire to learn, develop and grow.
Competent with PC applications
Srong listening and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Professional telephone manner
Excellent time management
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
