Nordic Channel Manager

Mindjet are the world’s leading visual productivity and collaboration software business with over 1.8 million users. We are currently recruiting for a Nordic Channel Manager with a demonstrable track record of over achievement to join our NEWS team. The role will be based in our Brentford, Middlesex office and will involve selling through our core partners and developing and training partners.

About you:

You will already be a successful Channel Manager/ Account Manager and have experience working within the IT Software/ Hardware market. You will be required to travel freely throughout the Nordic region on a “as required” basis however this position will be 75% based within our UK office. Experience in managing and optimizing the performance of third party partners like VARS, LARS, fulfillment partners, and technology partners is essential.

With several years of selling products/ solutions through the channel you will also possess a self-motivated and entrepreneurial sales style.

As you will be managing and developing partner accounts based in the Nordic Region a second language is highly desirable in at least one of the following languages. Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch.

A positive and professional attitude with the ability to show initiative whilst remaining results orientated is key to the success of this position.

You’re Tasks:

• Responsible for achieving sales quotas by actively selling our solutions through channel partners in the Nordics
• Maximise partner revenue
• Identify and sign new partners, Resellers and VARs; identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Organise and participate in lead generation activities towards the Channel Partners and end-user community
• Accurately forecast future business by building pipeline

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will be primarily to achieving sales quotas by actively selling our solutions through channel partners in the UK whilst remaining ensuring identification and qualification of new sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for the organisation and participation in lead generation activities towards the Channel Partners and the end user community.
