Job Description
Verizon Business is looking for two Regional Support Specialists to be based out of their Reading office. This role is a phone based position that is a mixture of customer support, customer retention and account management. We require motivated, customer focussed individuals with strong communication skills. We are seeking bilingual candidates who must have business level English, as well as either French or Dutch.
You will be working alongside and supporting more senior Customer Account Managers. You will be skilful in dealing with customers, cross selling and upselling, driving customer satisfaction and improving retention rates.
We are seeking people that are not only support focused but also have an eye for the 'bigger' opportunity.
Desired Skills & Experience
Ideally a graduate
Business level English as well business level French or Dutch.
Previous experience in customer services, support, sales, account management or technical support.
Proven ability to understand complex issues and systems
Desire to learn, develop and grow.
Competent with PC applications
Srong listening and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Professional telephone manner
Excellent time management
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Highly motivated and seeking career opportunity
