Sales Manager - Initial 1 year contract with strong possibility of extension. Salary £25,000 + bonus The main responsibility of this job will be delivering the business goals and sales targets through implementation of NEW accounts in the UK for a client in the Lisburn area.
Specific duties include:
* To design and deliver a challenging Sales development plan for mainland UK with agreed KPI's within budget.
* Generate leads through internet web sites, trade publications, existing clients and contacts plus internal data whilst complying with data protection legislation.
* Prospect new employers and establish leads through cold calling and telemarketing campaigns.
* To carry out extensive, professional cold calling B2B, to identify potential sales leads and register new Employers.
* To tele market prospect in UK mainland and set up appointments with key decision makers. The client is ideally looking for someone with a third level qualification in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B Sales or a minimum of 3 consecutive years experience in B2B Sales. A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets to tight deadlines in a commercial environment. Previous experience of presenting and negotiating at boardroom level. Computer literate to include extensive use of internet, email, word processing, spreadsheets, powerpoint, and databases.
