Purchasing Manager required for a client in the Lisburn area.
Purchasing Manager
The person for this role will be responsible for the acquistion and timely delivery of all materials for use in the production facility and for resale to the customer base and for the accuracy and integrity of the stock in house, as well as for the daily management of the store personnel and for the timely assembly and despatch of all sales orders.
Duties will include:
Generate reorder reports and ensure purchase orders resulting from these reports are raised, communicated to and confirmed by the supplier.
Maintain supplier pricelists
Organise import and export transport.
Ensure all deliveries are booked in within an agreed timeframe.
Manage sales order despatches
Manage a team in the stores
Communicate with the customer service team on a daily basis to ensure orders are packed and despatched to correct customer specifications.
