Our client is based in Swindon, Wiltshire. They are a provider of consulting, business management, research and specialist services to the automotive and aviation sectors. They have a large contract with a major automotive manufacturer to develop and provide services and products across many countries in Europe.
European customers provide management accounts data on a monthly basis through an online application. It is then validated through a detailed quality control process, and any queries will need to be discussed and resolved via email and telephone communication with the customer in Europe. The role requires close liaisons between the analysts and business specialists.
You must be fluent in German and English and it would be an advantage to have either French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Portuguese in addition. Your work experience must include some customer and technical support, high level of Excel and good knowledge of Internet applications. You must be numeric and logical with extremely good accuracy skills. Experience with Firefox, WinZip, Skype, CSV files, MS Office. It would also be preferable if you have an accountancy qualification, but this is not essential. This is an excellent opportunty for someone who wishes to grow with a company.
