We are looking for experienced credit controllers with supervisory experience, based in Worcestershire.
Our client, an international manufacturing company, has its European production plant and European Customer Support centre in Worcestershire. The company's customers include diverse industries . They are currently recruiting a Credit Control Supervisor with either fluent French or fluent Spanish.
The objective of this role is the efficient risk management and collection of French or Spanish Accounts Receivable. Accountabilities include collection by telephone, chasing overdue customer balances, liaising internally, and identifying and resolving problems relating to late payment from customers. You will also set and monitor credit limits and reconcile daily banking and bank statements along with supervising the credit control function and team.
Candidates must have excellent numeracy and accuracy skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in either business French or Spanish, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in accounting or credit control is essential.
