Dutch and French Speaking Customer Service Advisor/Customer Service Executive
£10-£11.50 p/hr - Temporary Ongoing
We urgently require Dutch and French speaking Customer Service representative for a world famous company based in the Sunbury-On-Thames area; they are looking for individuals who possess a high level of customer service and are passionate about the service they provide their customers.
This is a temporary on-going position however you will immediately be treated as part of the team and get the full training and support from the moment you start. This is not a call centre but a "Front Line" customer service role and you will be dealing with various queries in a speedy and professional manner.
Key Duties:
*To deal with queries via telephone/fax/email
*Make inbound and outbound calls
*Resolve all issues in a professional manner
*Record all actions on internal systems
*Communicate with line managers and other departments.
For this customer service position ideal candidates must be fluent in Dutch and French, ideally have at least 6 months experience in a customer service environment previously. It's essential that candidates have a confident telephone manner and able to communicate of people at all levels.
Salary and Benefits:
*£10 PAYE or £11.50 Ltd Company
*Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
*Close to Sunbury train station
*Ongoing long term position
*Holiday Pay
