our client is one of the biggest Japanese logestic companies, and they are looking for a Japanese speaking logistics customer Service in Swindon.

Status of the position: Permanent

Salary range: £ 18K- £ 25K, depens on work experience

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17: 00

Overtime pay: yes

Duties, Responsibilities:

Process all shipments and data input
Ensure all enquiries & other communications are dealt with promptly & efficiently
Continuously Monitor shipments from point of receipt and provide documents to suppliers & customer to ensure safe delivery of cargo.
Make sure that the correct supplier takes the correct freight / paperwork & take care not to cross label shipments.
Customer Service
All other sales assistant support
Clients/Customers: 100 % Japanese clinets

Qualifications and experience: Excellent customer service skill + previous work experience in Japan.

Language skills: Japanese native level and advanced level of English
