Your Job Duties:
• Dealing with customers and processing visa applications face to face and by post
• Conducting interviews with applicants
• Ensuring all relevant documents are received and processed
• Inputting all relevant information into system
• Ensuring all visa application fees are paid for
• Answering applicants’ enquiry phone calls and emails, ensuring all information provided are strictly correct
• General filing
• Any other duties assigned by the management
Person Specification
Degree qualified
Good Customer Service experience.
