Due to continued growth they are looking for a number of ambitious trainee consultants with German language skills to join their structured trainee development program. You will need to be a driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to developing a longstanding and profitable career in recruitment.
The Job
Recruitment is a fast paced and target driven sales position where you will where you will required to generate business and close deals. It will involve cold calling and developing relationships, candidate generation through networking and headhunting, interviewing clients and candidates both over the phone and in person, and most importantly making money.
