Our prestigious Newcastle based client is recruiting a number of bilingual Customer Service Advisors to handle inbound calls in their state of the art call centre in Newcastle upon Tyne.
We are seeking candidate fluent in either French OR German in addition to English for these roles.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have:-
•Experience of working in a call centre or working in a strong customer service environment
•Exposure of dealing with customers over the telephone and via email
•Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills
•A passion for customer service excellence
These are permanent full time vacancies, and you must be able to work on a flexible rota between 7am and 11pm Monday to Sunday.
These positions are to commence early 2012.
If successful you will be given a full induction and comprehensive training.
