Our client is looking to hire a number of fluent German speaking Technical Helpdesk Advisors to work in their Teesside based call centre.
You will be required to handle inbound calls identifying and solving diagnostic issues with the client's computer based product. You must have a passion for technology and be fully competent in all Microsoft packages; and ideally have experience in a similar role. We have potential FT and PT roles available.
