Our client is the specialist awarding body for nationally recognised qualifications for individuals looking to work with children.
They are currently looking for a Market Insight Manager to join their busy office to support research and development of new services and measuring current service performance level.
Market Insight Manager you will be responsible for:
- Effective communication of corporate strategy to all staff within a team
- Providing input into preparation, implementation and management of strategic marketing plans and marketing operational plans
- Research services: market information, marketing audits, market segmentation, portfolio analysis, CRM management
- Produce reports on the basis of surveys and research, interpretation of market intelligence and producing trend analysis
- Preparation and presentation of reports for committee and management team meetings
- Support to portfolio management division in relation to business cases for new products
- managing a team, setting their objectives and evaluating results
Experience:
-Good knowledge of education sector
-Experience of providing market insight, preparation, implementation and management of strategic information in order to facilitate decision making process
-experience of research and analysis of marketing data and monitoring effectiveness of marketing campaigns
-gathering and interpreting market intelligence and producing trend analysis and evaluation reports
-knowledge of marketing research tools and techniques
