We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Co-ordinator to join a leading and innovative organisation based in Dungannon. This vacancy will join a progressive and high performing engineering team and will act as a the main point of liaison between the engineering and production functions
Your main responsibilities will include:-
* Providing high level support to production teams and manage a team of multi skilled engineers and outside contractors to ensure operation needs and efficiency targets are met
* Co-ordination of engineering resources on an daily basis to ensure efficient diagnosis and elimination of equipment issues (breakdown maintenance)
* Product changeovers
* Project installation and commissioning
* Implementation of preventative maintenance programme ensuring all maintenance procedures are implemented efficiently.
You will have:-
* HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or Equivalent) + 5 years directly relevant experience
* Knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic systems and ability to effectively perform associated maintenance activities.
* A track record within a managerial maintenance position
* Ability to build and maintain working relationships
* PC Literacy - Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
* This senior role will require a person with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector.
Desirable:-
* Understanding of Electrical control systems and ability to fault find electrical issues
* Recognised Health & Safety Qualification - e.g. IOSHH
* Working knowledge of auxiliary systems such as compressors, chilled water etc.
