The role

We are looking for a part time temp to be based in Hong Kong to fill the role of Bloomberg Institute Universities Liaison. The working hours for this role may vary from 10-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong working relationships with external clients
Managing projects from start to finish
Overseeing test sessions in the Bloomberg office and a variety of
Universities in Korea
Manage Test sessions remotely across North Asia
Providing customer feedback to the BAT team
Responding to clients' queries efficiently
Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements
The ability to build strong relationships with clients
Outstanding organizational skills
Attention to detail
The ability to multi-task
Excellent customer service skills
Korean language skills necessary
Previous phone sales experience is a plus
Must have Hong Kong work rights for this role
