Company: Our client is a leading provider of outsourced recruitment solutions. They currently have available a position for a German Speaking Recruitment Partner based in Essex UK.
Role: In this role you will establish a rapport with key client contacts and take every opportunity to enhance the relationship whilst balancing work required to deliver recruitment. You will also be actively involved in key decisions such as agreeing sourcing plans in line with budgets. In addition you will conduct interviews in required format, selecting relevant candidates and creating timely, professional interview reports. As the Recruitment Partner you must work in compliance with the client line manager, discussing relevant candidates and recommending which candidates to invite to the next stage of the process. In addition the ideal candidate will review applications and select relevant candidates for first stage interviews based on the job brief and details taken from the manager at the initial briefing.
Skills: The ideal candidate for this position will be ideally educated to degree level or equivalent. Must have strong client facing experience and a strong experience of sourcing and interviewing candidates is essential. In addition you will need previous experience of managing multiple tasks in a time pressured environment. In addition the successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office Products. Finally you must be adaptable and flexible in approach and able to work across teams to be a perfect fit for this role.
