Based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, you will be working for an international company who is currently expanding their European business. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual with 2 - 3 years minimum electronics sales background (experience to include semiconductor experience end of the electronics market) and supervisory/management experience who is looking to progress steadily to Director level over 5 years or so. This is a "hands-on" role, leading and developing a team of 6 in the UK and 3 in Europe. We are looking for a confident, highly motivated individual who can " hit the ground running" and lead by example. In addition to the salary there is a "management by objective" bonus paid quarterly
