INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – BankersAccuity
Based in London

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working as part of our award winning sales team, as Telesales Key Account Manager you will be responsible for acquiring new business from prospects and existing accounts through sales of BankersAccuity solutions within a designated territory across EMEA. You will plan, organise and execute sales campaigns to maximise revenue generation and attend exhibitions and conferences as required.
In addition, you will deputise for the Sales Manager in their absence and act as the senior point of contact for the team.
The role is based at our London office and is predominantly telephone-based sales, although will occasionally also require international customer visits. This is a great opportunity for someone with an excellent track record in sales to move into a people management role.
Experience
Essential
- Proven track record of telesales in a B2B environment, preferably international
- Proven track record of generating new business is essential
- Either information sales or software sales experience is required
- Enjoys working in a structured, targeted environment to challenging KPIs
- Great negotiation and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, organised and be able to manage own time
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the changing market, our customers and the business
- Fluency in business French is required
Desired
- Experience of selling to banks and financial institutions would be an advantage
- Previous experience of deputising for manager would be an advantage
- Previous experience of conducting training and mentoring of team members would be an advantage
- Proven experience of managing large multi-national accounts is desirable
- Good levels of IT literacy are expected
- Previous knowledge of Salesforce.com would be a plus
