You will be a lifestyle specialist, helping our clients get the very most out of their business, travel and leisure plans, providing an intelligent service for people whose time can’t be left to chance.
You will need to have the following skills or qualities:
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to go the “extra mile”
- Solid background in either a Call Centre or preferably a Contact Centre
- Comfortable & confident working in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Understanding Individual Differences of Customers
- First Class Communication and Listening Skills
- Computer Literacy
- A second language would be extremely useful and highly desirable
