Our client is an international company based in Nottingham and is looking to recruit for a German speaking Customer services advisor
Responsibilities:
• providing superior customer services to the company’s clients by direct contact with these clients
•providing to customers and account managers with accurate sales and order status information
• dealing promptly and efficiently with enquiries from customers and internal management both verbally and in writing.
• strictly following the company’s procedures in relation to order cancellations and returns
• communicating with outside parties in a professional manner ensuring that high standards expected of a professional, international company are met
• receiving and processing customer orders in an efficient and timely manner ensuring that customer details are correct prior to processing the order in
Person specification:
• Good standard of education, minimum GCSE level including English and Maths
• Previous customer service experience in a commercial environment
• Fluent in English and Gernab
• Analytical skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Well organised, good prioritisation skills
• Team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong intepersonal and communicationon skills
• Good Word and Excel skills
