LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a Night Shift Customer Service Team Leader , ideally, with experience in the gaming or digital entertainment sector, however talented candidates from other sectors will also be considered. You will be working for a funky creative digital entertainment agency based in Cambridge

Our client is a Creative Digital Entertainment and Video Games/ Online Games Agency creating a selection of amazing video games the team you’ll be joining are committed to being responsible for any decisions they make, and approach every task with a positive, motivated attitude. It can get pretty busy, so you’ll need to be able to prioritise under pressure. We’re looking for people who are open to new ideas, play well with others and, above all, are passionate about games and vide games.

Customer Service Night Shift Team Leader – Video Games Duties:


• Ensuring colleagues are working productively, providing customer service coaching
• Reviewing team performance, ensuring we are delivering the highest levels of service
• Acting as a point of contact for any team issues
• Identifying, mentoring and developing talent within team members
• Encouraging an environment where team members regularly make suggestions about working practices
• Stepping up and managing the day-to-day aspects of the team
• Championing the Company mission and values


Customer Service Night Shift Team Leader – Video Games , in order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:


• Previous experience in a customer service team
• Ability to focus on multiple tasks and projects at the same time
• Demonstrable energy, commitment and enthusiasm
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High degree of demonstrable initiative and determination
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite
• Previous managerial or leadership experience with a team
• Ideally a passion for video games and experience in this sector, however this is not essential for talented candidates
