Job Title: Arabic speaking Sales / Account Manager – Kuwait

Salary: c£50k + 65/70k + medical etc.

Project Summary and Position Overview:
You will manage and grow revenue and market share as well as increase customer satisfaction,
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Own and manage customer relationship
Responsible for net sales & revenue quota achievement.
Manage, retain and grow revenue in the accounts allotted to them
Focus on customer satisfaction, know the business, develop contact network
Identify new opportunities and leads
Responsible for forecasting
Single point of contact for the client.
Additional Information:
Flexible and willing to travel.
Education:
Bachelor level Degree in business administration/finance or a relevant domain. MBA is a distinct advantage
Work experience in treasury, private banking, asset management or brokerage.
Required Skills:
Relationship building skills.
Selling Skills (identify, develop, & articulate a complex proposition / consultative selling).
Ability to manage a virtual team and understanding of cultural differences in a business setting.
Strong Negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute a sales plan.
Strong Problem Solving Skills - ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs.
Strong Presentation Skills - ability to deliver convincing presentations to internal and external audiences.
Strong Communication Skills- capacity to effectively communicate with internal & external audiences ad at all levels.
Strong Proposal Writing Skills- ability to develop needs assessment and recommend appropriate product/ services to best address client needs.
