Role: In this Swedish Sales Representative position you must support and direct reports by actively participating and leading client and prospect meetings. You will also be required to provide ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new recruits. In addition weekly forecasts must also be conducted along with reporting all sales activity to senior sales management. Finally the newcomer must consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results to ensure targets are being met. It is also your role to qualify interest on incoming leads and organize meetings and work closely with marketing to monitor success of campaigns.
Skills: Fluent Swedish and English is essential . Also you must have sales experience with a proven track record in closing sales. In addition in this role you must also have a working knowledge of the CRM space and excellent presentation and listening skills are a pre-requisite of this role. Our client also desires that the ideal candidate must have a Degree in a Business related area.
