LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking either a German, French or Brazilian Portuguese Markets Player / Gamer Support , ideally, with experience in the gaming sector, however talented candidates from other sectors will also be considered. You will be working for a funky creative gaming company based in Cambridge

Our client is a Creative Gaming Company providing a selection of various computer games known around the world

German, French or Brazilian Portuguese Markets Player Support – Duties:

• Keeping all the company products fun and safe through moderating the in-game, forum and social networking activities of the players
• Delivering world-class customer service through answering payment, technical and general queries
• Investigating any complaints and solving the customer’s issue first time, every time
• Supporting the Quality Assurance teams through actively identifying and escalating in-game bugs out of hours
• Ensuring players can get into the games by assisting them with the account recovery process
• Reviewing current processes and systems to ensure the delivering the best possible service and experience to the players
• Performing additional ad-hoc tasks and projects to further support the growth of the studio



German, French or Brazilian Portuguese Markets Player Support – Duties: In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

• Speak and write either German, French or Brazilian Portuguese
• Extremely proficient, both written and spoken, in English and one or more of the following languages: French, Brazilian Portuguese or German
• Previous customer service experience with the ability to handle customer complaints
• Excellent computer literacy with good keyboard skills
• Ability to show creativity, good initiative, judgement and excellent attention to detail
• Availability to work a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
• Organised and able to self-manage in a fast-paced environment

German, French or Brazilian Portuguese Markets Player Support Desired Requirements:
• Experience in the gaming industry
• Experience in project management
• Fluency in multiple of the above languages would be a plus
