They now have a vacancy for a Dutch Automotive Technician Mechanic North East UK.
Role: In this role you are responsible for answering dealer enquiries relating to our clients goods and services. You are also required to conduct the following activities;
- Handle Customer contacts, including incoming telephone calls, emails and faxes relating, but not limited to, processing dealer contacts for back-order
- Delivers service excellence by efficiently problem-solving and reacting to dealer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner.
- Accurately log all dealer contacts and tracks contacts using all relevant databases and systems.
- Track queries and respond to them within the agreed timelines in order to manage the dealer network as efficiently as possible.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess;
- Must possess 3 years automotive technical work experience, gained in a dealership, or mechanic`s work shop
- Database knowledge and experience in order tracking and management.
- Fluency in Dutch to native-level fluency and English is mandatory
- Strong interest in vehicles and vehicle technology is highly recommended
- Experience in automotive industry is essential
- Technical qualification is desired
