This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading organisation, based in Basingstoke they require a German/English speaking Customer Service adviser to join their engineering support service team on a long term temporary assignment.
Job Purpose
To ensure an efficient service to all client customers and internal teams.
Frontend phone based customer service to all users
Provide efficient friendly service through to resolution
Must speak fluent German and English
Electrical/Engineering background ideal but not essential
