Company: Our client is a successful gaming company and with over 10 year`s experience, they have become one of the best known names within their industry. They are currently growing into new territories and have done so, so far with great success. From their UK office this company is taking over the world. One of their offices is based in Cambridge from where they support their core markets. They are now looking for a Dutch Speaking Gaming Community Manager for their office in Cambridge, UK.
Role: As a gaming community manager you will be in charge of the gaming community relations, planning strategies to increase and keep members active. Your tasks will include; completing community based projects as assigned, assisting the development, marketing and PR team in releasing high quality content, managing projects efficiently and ensuring they are completed by deadlines, assisting players moderating the game, organizing game related events, participating in the forum and answering questions and complaints. You will provide feedback regarding many areas of the operations or services, customer service, tech support and marketing.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess fluent Dutch and excellent English. The successful candidate must have solid online community management experience, strong knowledge of present social media trends and have good knowledge of Microsoft Windows/MS Office, especially Excel. In addition they will preferably have general knowledge of MMORPGs, experience with website software both configuration and management and an interest in computer games, online gaming and the gaming industry in general.
