The role: Enterprise Sales Manager
The Enterprise team at Google is on the front lines of helping the globe "go Google." As an Enterprise Direct Sales representative, you evangelize Google tools like Apps, Search and Chrome to leading companies, schools and government agencies. You champion the innovative power of our products to make these large accounts more productive, collaborative and mobile. You bring Google's portfolio into big and small companies around the world, and handling complex customer and stakeholder relationships comes easy to you. With a passion for Google products, you seal the deal and help make the world a more Googley place.
Responsibilities:
* Generate plan to ensure broad penetration into the large accounts within your territory
* Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
* Develop and provide custom presentations on Google Enterprise products to customers to solve their business problems
* Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment
* Gather, manage and direct a virtual team during the sales cycle; Build network of reseller and services partners
Minimum Qualifications:
* 10 years of field sales experience in the technology industry in Asia
* 8 years work experience in an Internet or consumer technology startup environment, especially in business development, sales, and/or partner management.
* Previous experience selling enterprise solutions a must in software or SaaS.
* Experience selling enterprise software, familiarity with selling cloud computing platforms and services
Preferred Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
* Proven ability to sell both large and small deals, and to meet or exceed quotas, multi-million dollar quotas.
* Proven ability to sell large deals and to meet or exceed multi-million dollar quotas
* Able to work independently but within a team environment.
* Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects/deals with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to navigate C-level relationships (CTOs, Head of Prod Mgmt, CIOs) at partners and customers
