Client: Our client is unique in what they do and not often heard of. They are very successful in their way of doing business a have located their European contact centre on Ireland`s Eastern Coast. They now have 4 positions available for Norwegian Customer Support Representatives based in Louth Ireland.
Role: As a customer service agent you will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone giving information about the company product and verifying existing sales while increasing the sales generation at the same time. You will enter new sales in the system and be responsible for the accuracy of the data.
Skills: The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales and knows how to communicate with customers over the phone. Furthermore you are fluent in Norwegian to business level. You are also required to possess strong communications skills to be a success in the role.
