My key client is seeking to appoint a FRENCH and ENGLISH speaking Customer Advisor.
Based at their tailor made premises in East Lancashire, they offer an energetic and thriving working environment suitable for people who enjoy communication on both sides of the English Channel!
KEY TASKS
- Communication in a contact centre environment dealing with customers at varying stages of the customer service process
- Enquiries via email / fax and written request
- Offerring high levels of customer service with customers and 3rd parties in england and france
- Holiday based administration
