E-Ecommerce IT Analyst - new project start up!!!

We are looking for an E-commerce IT Specialists to join a new team we are building in Brno, Czech Republic.
As these positions are for a new team, you may be required to travel to Germany to attend training and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions (3 to 6 months business trip).
Your responsibilities
• Production application support in the areas like:
- Debugging the Production log files and identify the issues based on error codes
- Provide the required log file support to Offshore development team
- Provide the German language support (based on the ticket description) to Offshore development team
- Provide / Set up the minimal configuration settings on the production system like email Server configuration, ATG product configurations
- Ability to query the database and provide the required support to the offshore development team
- Web server & App Server configuration settings , Server stop and start based on the application need
- Talk to end users / customers whenever L1 team is not able to resolve or understand the issue.
• Reporting on local country data on Incidents, Problems, Service requests etc
Facilitating communication between the project team, offshore and level one support requires good communication skills, language and, of course, your specialised IT expertise.
Is this job right for you?
We are looking for candidates with knowledge of any of the standard programming languages (e.g. PHP, C, JAVA, etc.) + previous experience with programming of complex web based applications. Experience with web shops is an advantage (e.g. eShop or eCommerce solution from 1and1 United Internet or Strato). Trainings are provided on ongoing basis.
