We have an excellent opportunity within our customer service department.
The role involves-
•Taking technical calls from customers/dealers around the world but mainly Italy
•Problem solving
•Seeing a query through from beginning to end
•Dealing with customers/dealers in a professional and efficient manner
•Liaising with other departments to solve customer queries
•Taking and processing orders from dealers
Skills and Experience Required-
•Must be able to speak Italian to a Native level
•Technical/engineering background would be an advantage
•Proven track record of excellent customer service
•Resolving with all dealer queries in a professional and timely manner
