Company: Our client is a major European heavy industry conglomerate with operations across the globe. They have grown their business to over $100bn and close to 100,000 staff on 5 continents. They have recently centralized their European Finance, HR and IT operations in a Shared Service Centre in Berlin and are now hiring Finance Project managers to run and execute their European Finance Programmes.

Role: New positions exist for experienced Finance professionals to join their in-house team of finance Professionals that is responsible for managing their shared service projects across Europe. You could be responsible for managing projects in AP, AR, Payroll, Credit or other migration projects that are being run to assist them move their European finance functions to Berlin.

This is a project based role that will involve you working with Country Managers, Managing Directors, Finance heads and heads of department to assist with the migration and management of functions.

Skills: The ideal candidates will speak German on a Native Level and Fluent English. In addition you will need a degree in finance or a finance qualification plus experience of working in a shared service centre or project environment. You should have detailed experience in either general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, management accounting and / or cash management.
