Job Description
Corinium Language Associates is a company that provides language services to other businesses, specialising in multilingual recruitment. We work with clients from a wide range of industries located throughout the country.
Our client is a large international business and has its European Customer Service Centre in Oxfordshire. This team provides comprehensive order processing and follow-up services to all customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. They are currently recruiting an Italian Customer Service Coordinator (with intermediate French).
The role is to provide order to cash process administration, customer liaison and relationship building, accurate data entry and will involve liaising internally and externally with Sales, Planning, Plants and Suppliers (hauliers, freight forwarders). It will also be to provide accurate invoicing and coordination of receivables, to support sales account managers in following up on overdues and participate (if applicable) in sales account team activities including continuous improvement projects and handle complaints.
Candidates must have strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving, organisational and team working abilities. You will be able to communicate clearly and professionally, build relationships and work well under pressure. Strong IT skills (including MS office and SAP) are also a must. This is a very international team where fluent Italian language skills are essential, together with a good level of French.
