Norwegian Speaking Customer Service
Our client, an international organization is currently recruiting a Norwegian speaking Customer Service to join their dynamic team.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to respond to customer queries in an efficient and timely manner maintaining a positive and friendly approach at all times.
You will also be expected to give feedback and suggestions from client interactions in order to improve the quality service to customers in the future.
Duties
Handling claims from clients over the telephone and in writing so excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian are a must.

" Prioritise incoming mail within your area of responsibility
" Communicate problems and difficulties to Supervisor
" Communicate information about services and products to the customer
