Overview:

Our client, a world leading Travel Service company, due to expansion and pure growth they are seeking fluent Korean Speaking Personnel. They are recruiting an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant / Account Manager to support the Business Development Manager

The key responsibilities of this position include:

· Supporting the Business Development Manager in the management, retention and development of specific key customers within China in order to achieve company targets.
· Acting as an ambassador for the company, identifying and agreeing customer requirements in order to maximise customer service delivery.
· Managing customer expectations through; the Account Team, in order to ensure customer service delivery and to proactively manage customers.
· Maximising cross-selling opportunities where appropriate to maximise overall profitability.
· Providing customer status and internal sales reports and statistics to the Business Development Manager.
· Planning and forecasting revenue and resources activity accurately for each account.

The Person:

· Proven presentation/communication, commercial awareness and project management skills.
· Strong customer facing skills developed from a minimum of 2-years account management within an engineering customer base.
· Experience of dealing with large multi-discipline companies and communicating directly with senior engineering directors.
· A proven track record of growing key accounts through pro-active customer management.
