The successful candidates will join a luxury furniture retailer. This company is a world leader in the creation and distribution of exclusive furniture and has a unique position in the furniture market. Each piece of furniture results from a close collaboration between the company , the designers and the manufacturers

DUTIES

maximising sales to achieve monthly sales targets in the company showrooms
• Providing the client with detailed information and advice about the products
• Dealing with customer enquiries via email, telephone and face to face.
• Taking leads for customer contact made and at times requires client visits, meeting with the clients face to face and closing deals.
• Proactively chasing leads, quotations leading to a potential sale and processing orders
• Building strong relationship with clients to ensure repeat business
• Own customer problems, keeping clients informed until a resolution has been found.
• Responsible for ensuring that product merchandising in your store is of the highest standards and that these standards are maintained, and that all employees have strong product knowledge.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Educated to degree level
• Strong business and commercial aptitude
• Strong negotiating skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Attention to detail and target driven
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels with regards to achieving goals
• A hands on and a “Can do” attitude but also able to delegate work
• Provide quality and exceptional customer service

PERSON SPECIFICATION

As a first point of contact for the company you should be impeccably presented, friendly and welcoming. Good eye for design and a working knowledge of soft furnishings an advantage though not essential. Demonstrate an ability to sell in a target orientated environment with a consultative approach to sales, along with the energy and drive to make the store an inspirational and energised environment that our clients enjoy.
